Pace is involved in three distinct real estate activities. Our Business Services Groups (Retail and Corporate Services) represents clients in site selection, acquisition and disposition of real estate, as well as providing administrative services and strategic planning. Our Investment and Development Group acquires, develops and redevelops all types of commercial property on behalf of our affiliated investment fund (Pace Realty Fund, LLC) as well as third parties. Our Property Services Group provides superior property leasing and management services, both to Pace Realty Fund, LLC and third parties.
