Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition Trivia Night

Pace Properties and Avison Young are proud supporters of Foster & Adoptive Care’s annual Trivia Night fundraiser. Each year, colleagues and friends come together for an evening of friendly competition, fellowship, and community impact. The event helps raise critical funds to support children and families served by the organization, while providing an opportunity to give back to a cause that makes a meaningful difference in our community. We are honored to support Foster & Adoptive Care and its mission year after year.

Flags of Valor

Flags of Valor is a nonprofit organization co-founded by Pace Properties and Guarantee Electric is an event that takes place every five years on Art Hill in Forest park and honors First Responders who died on 9/11 and the service members who died in the War on Terror since. With each event, we have found ways to add deeper meaning and context for those who remember with us. Twenty years later, we are educating a new generation who did not experience the events and aftermath of September 11, 2001. Our sense of responsibility has never felt stronger.

Lydia's House Annual Black Light Bingo

Avison Young and Pace Properties were proud to be the presenting sponsors of Lydia's House Annual Black Light Bingo. Not only were we proud sponsors of the event, our employee-owners were GLOWING with excitement to attend! Events throughout the year help raise additional funds for the organization.

Lydia's House Corporate Partnership

Selected by our employee-owners as Pace Properties 2022/23 Charity of Choice, the Pace Gives Back Committee was excited to present Lydia's House President & CEO Karen Kirk with our first donation.

Humane Society of Missouri

Pace's donation helps support the mission of the Humane Society including the work of their Animal Cruelty Taskforce, which rescues abused and abandoned animals from heartbreaking conditions, giving them the chance to provide them with safety, shelter and medical care so that they can go to forever homes.

The Richard M Randall Award

Pace Properties announced in spring 2022 the creation of a new award honoring recently retired Rick Randall. Pace was proud to present the Richard M Randall Award to Rick Randall! The Richard M Randall Award is given to the Pace employee-owner who best represents and exemplifies the values of Pace Properties and a spirit of giving evidenced by corporate selflessness, loyalty, dedication, and community involvement.

The Little Bit Foundation

Pace Properties has had a long history of volunteering and supporting The Little Bit Foundation. Established in 2001, The Little Bit Foundation is committed to breaking down barriers to learning for students living in poverty through partnerships and programs that serve the needs of the whole child.

Fostering Futures

More than 23,000 children will age out of the US foster care system every year. After reaching the age of 18, 20% of the children who were in foster care will become instantly homeless. After learning there was an organization dedicated to children aging out of the foster care system in our community, Pace Properties went on a shopping spree. Fostering Futures is a nonprofit organization, currently serving children and youth in foster care in St. Louis and surrounding Missouri counties. Their mission is to support and empower children and youth in foster care, as well as young adults aging out of the foster care system.

Old Newsboys Charity Polo Match

For the second year, Pace Properties was thrilled to sponsor the 4th Annual Edward Jones - Old Newsboys Polo Match featuring yet another exciting match between Team Pace Properties vs. Team Royal Banks of Missouri! The Old Newsboys Campaign for Kids is a non-profit organization that has raised millions of dollars for hundreds of St. Louis area children's charities since 1957. The mission is to ensure every child in the St Louis area has an equal opportunity to live a healthy, educated life.

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society - Walk MS

Walk MS brings our community together to rally for those affected by MS and take a step toward a world free of this disease.

Urban League St. Louis

Pace Properties and Avison Young hosted an internal teacher's wish-list supply drive to support Urban League St. Louis and their Head Start program in Jennings, MO. Head Start is a locally operated, federally funded program that provides Early Childhood Education services for low-income children and families. A particular focus is on school readiness (literacy and math skills).
