The National Multiple Sclerosis Society - Walk MS 2022

Walk MS brings our community together to rally for those affected by MS and take a step toward a world free of this disease. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society - Walk MS 2021

Held virtually in 2020, the Pace family was able to unite and host their own Walk MS and family picnic. Through individual and corporate donations, we were able to raise $29,215 in 2021. Walk MS brings our community together to rally for those affected by MS and take a step toward a world free of this disease.

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society - Walk MS 2020

Pace Properties was eager to participate in their first ever Walk MS with a newly formed team, but the story of 2020 was everything virtual. That didn't dampen the spirits of our employee-owners who embraced the challenge. $24,190 was raised for the National MS Society through the generosity of fellow vendors, friends, and of course, our work family. Walk MS brings together passionate people from communities across the country to rally for a world free of MS.

Fostering Futures

More than 23,000 children will age out of the US foster care system every year. After reaching the age of 18, 20% of the children who were in foster care will become instantly homeless. After learning there was an organization dedicated to children aging out of the foster care system in our community, Pace Properties went on a shopping spree. Fostering Futures is a nonprofit organization, currently serving children and youth in foster care in St. Louis and surrounding Missouri counties. Their mission is to support and empower children and youth in foster care, as well as young adults aging out of the foster care system.

Flags of Valor

Flags of Valor is a nonprofit organization co-founded by Pace Properties and Guarantee Electric is an event that takes place every five years on Art Hill in Forest park and honors First Responders who died on 9/11 and the service members who died in the War on Terror since. With each event, we have found ways to add deeper meaning and context for those who remember with us. Twenty years later, we are educating a new generation who did not experience the events and aftermath of September 11, 2001. Our sense of responsibility has never felt stronger.

Urban League St. Louis

Pace Properties and Avison Young hosted an internal teacher's wish-list supply drive to support Urban League St. Louis and their Head Start program in Jennings, MO. Head Start is a locally operated, federally funded program that provides Early Childhood Education services for low-income children and families. A particular focus is on school readiness (literacy and math skills).
