As a Principal of Avison Young's brokerage team, Ben enjoys working on a multitude of assignments, including landlord representation, tenant representation, property acquisition/disposition, and investment sales with a primary focus on industrial property.
As a real estate investor himself, Ben brings a unique perspective that is helpful in both his landlord and tenant representation accounts.
Ben is a graduate of Miami University – Ohio and also has his master’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Louis University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri, a licensed broker in Illinois, and a SIOR and CCIM Designee. Ben is currently the president of the St. Louis chapter of SIOR.
Outside of the office, Ben enjoys spending time with his three children and his wife, playing ice hockey, supporting the St. Louis Blues, rusty old cars, boating, and fishing.
