Karrie Blaze

Administrative Assistant


As the customer service coordinator for the asset management team, Karrie is responsible for coordinating assistance to tenants on all building related issues.

Karrie’s daily responsibilities include interaction with the Pace maintenance staff, contractors, and property managers to assist tenants with their various needs, as well as, the invoicing of maintenance staff services and general administrative assistance to the maintenance staff.

Joining the Pace team in 2017 with over 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry, Karrie utilizes her experience to effectively maintain and build relationships with our clients and tenants.  Karrie is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia.


Outside of the office, Karrie enjoys cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals at Busch Stadium and going on camping and floating trips with her friends.
