Our corporate services division is the St. Louis office of CRESA Partners LLC, - one of the nation's leading corporate real estate services firm exclusively engaged in corporate real estate services, tenant representation and project management.
CRESA Partners/St. Louis only represents corporate clients-- not investor/owners, thus avoiding conflicts of interest and ensuring objectivity. We have access to offices in more than 40 cities throughout the U.S. and Canada and more than 200 markets internationally. This allows us to provide corporate real estate services on a local, regional, national and international level.
We provide a wide range of services including:
