Altus Properties is the lead developer of this multi-family project, with Pace Properties working in conjunction with Altus as co-developer. South Grand Flats is located in the vibrant and historic Tower Grove neighborhood of South St. Louis. The 5-story project will total 124 units and 125,000 sq. ft., with upscale amenities including luxury finishes, fitness center, meeting spaces, and outdoor living spaces. The project will be completed in the spring of 2019.
