2. Pace Properties represented HomeGoods, Inc. in the lease of 21,077 square feet of retail space at Edwardsville Marketplace in Edwardsville, IL from SM Properties Edwardsville, LLC, represented by DESCO Group.

3. Pace Properties represented MDC Congressional, LLC in the lease of 14,432 square feet of industrial space at 2061-2063 Congressional Drive in Maryland Heights, MO to Veritiv Operating Company, represented by CBRE.

4. Pace Properties represented Carter’s Retail Inc. in the lease of 10,000 square feet of retail space at Gravois Bluffs in Fenton, MO from Gravois Bluffs II, LLC, represented by GJ Grewe Brokerage & Development, LLC.

5. Pace Properties represented Central Commercial Condos, LLC in the purchase of 6,287 square feet of retail space at 4101 Laclede Avenue in St. Louis, MO from 4101 Laclede, LLC. 

6. Pace Properties represented MDC Green Park, LLC in the lease of 5,723 square feet of industrial space at 9701 Green Park Industrial Drive in St. Louis, MO to Perio Protect Laboratory, LLC, represented by Sansone.

7. Pace Properties represented FSA Feeler Properties, Inc. in the purchase of 5,200 square feet of retail space at 12209 Big Bend Road in Kirkwood, MO from 12209 Big Bend LLC.

8. Pace Properties represented The Lightstone Group in the lease of 4,375 square feet of retail space at Plaza at DePaul in Bridgeton, MO to America’s Best, represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

9. Pace Properties represented MOD Super-Fast Pizza, LLC in the lease of 3,067 square feet of retail space at Edwardsville Marketplace in Edwardsville, IL from SM Properties Edwardsville, LLC, represented by DESCO Group.

10. Pace Properties represented MOD Super-Fast Pizza, LLC in the lease of 2,567 square feet of retail space at University Place in Carbondale, IL from University Place Improvements Owner, LLC, represented by DLC Management Corp.

11. Pace Properties represented Krombach 10767 Indian Head, LLC in the lease renewal of 1,990 square feet of industrial space at 10747 Indian Head Industrial Drive in St. Louis, MO to Aptive Environmental, LLC f/k/a Alterra, Inc.

12. Pace Properties represented Del Taco, LLC in the lease of 1,980 square feet of retail space at 9650 Natural Bridge Road in Berkeley, MO to Pharaoh’s Donuts.

13. Pace Properties represented Marlborough Development, LLC in the lease of 1,306 square feet of retail space at Telegraph Crossing North to Vapor Shop.
