2. Pace Properties represented Stephen Arnold Trust in the lease of 3,600 square feet of industrial
space at 9261 Dielman Industrial Drive in St. Louis, MO to Really Big Coloring Books, represented by
Central Realty.
3. Pace Properties represented Carafiol’s Properties Company, L.C. in the lease renewal of 4,800
square feet of retail space at Carafiol Plaza in Bridgeton, MO to Hot Shots.
4. Pace Properties represented Crow Holdings in the lease of 2,000 square feet of retail space at
Sappington Square in Crestwood, MO to PrideStaff.
5. Pace Properties represented National Retail Properties, Inc. in the lease of 1,750 square feet of
retail space at 2708 North Illinois St in Swansea, IL to Vogue Nails & Spa.
6. Pace Properties represented Lush Nails & Spa in the lease of 1,720 square feet of retail space at
Woodsmill Plaza in Town & Country, MO from SM Properties Woods Mill, LLC, represented by The
Desco Group.
7. Pace Properties represented JS CRE Manchester, LLC in the lease of 1,400 square feet of retail
space at the Center at Manchester & Weidman in St. Louis, MO to Sam’s Cell Phone Repair.
8. Pace Properties represented JSR 94, LLC in the lease of 1,200 square feet of retail space at 1106
Wolfrum Road in Weldon Spring, MO to Chadwell Supply.
9. Pace Properties represented Altus-Questover, LLC in the lease of 1,57 square feet of retail space at
the Shoppes at Questover in Creve Coeur, MO to Cookie Cutters, represented by Windsor Realty
