3.       Pace Properties represented St. Louis Properties II, LLC in the lease renewal of 6,914 square feet of industrial space at 11625 Fairgrove Industrial Blvd in Maryland Heights, MO to DC Foam Recycle, Inc.

4.       Pace Properties represented Stone Wheel, Inc. in the lease of 4,464 square feet of industrial space at #4 Sunnen Drive, Suite 145 in Maplewood, MO from Sunquad LLLP, represented by Cozad Commercial Real Estate, LTD.

5.       Pace Properties represented Panera in the lease of 4,380 square feet of retail space at The Levee District in East Peoria, IL from EP Downtown, LLC, represented by Cullinan Properties.

6.       Pace Properties represented Conperio Technology Solutions in the lease of 3,500 square feet of office space at 5243 Shaw in St. Louis, MO from Fair Mercantile Center 2017, represented by Skyline Missouri Realty LLC.

7.       Pace Properties represented Jani-King of St. Louis in the lease of 3,284 square feet of office space at 11960 Westline Industrial Drive in Maryland Heights, MO from BMO-I The Westport, LLC, represented by Intelica CRE.
