2. Pace Properties represented CIM Group in the lease renewal of 37,196 square feet of retail space at Southwest Plaza in Springfield, IL to Barnes & Noble.

3. Pace Properties represented Breihan-Swanson, Inc. and Jerome Glick, Inc. in the sale of 0.73 acres of land at Telegraph Crossing North in St. Louis, MO to Popeye’s.

4. Pace Properties represented Lenette Realty Co. in the purchase of a 12,000 square foot retail building at 18680 E. 39th Street in Independence, MO from 39th/291 Hwy, LLC, represented by CBRE – Kansas City. 

5. Pace Properties represented MDC Green Park, LLC in the lease renewal of 11,384 square feet of industrial space at 9707 Green Park Industrial Drive in St. Louis, MO to JGB Enterprises, Inc.

6. Pace Properties represented CW Properties in the lease of 10,000 square feet of industrial space at 2052 & 2050 Congressional Drive in Maryland Heights, MO to Oerlikon Balzers Coating USA, Inc., represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

7. Pace Properties represented CW Properties in the lease of 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 2022 Congressional Drive in Maryland Heights, MO to Leffler Home, LLC, represented by NAI DESCO.

8. Pace Properties represented Quattro Florissant, LLC in the lease of 3,504 square feet of retail space at 3125 N. Highway 67 in Florissant, MO to Aspen Dental, represented by L3 Corp.

9. Pace Properties represented MOD Pizza in the lease of 2,828 square feet of retail space at 3125 N. Highway 67 in Florissant, MO from Quattro Florissant, LLC, also represented by Pace Properties.

10. Pace Properties represented THF Chesterfield Village Development, LLC in the lease of 2,802 square feet of retail space at Chesterfield Commons Village in Chesterfield, MO to Chicken Salad Chick, represented by NAI DESCO.

11. Pace Properties represented IEB Real Estate in the lease of 2,260 square feet of industrial space at 727 Craig Road in St. Louis, MO from Fire & Water, LLC, represented by Hoffman Development Company.
