1. Pace Properties represented Hobby Lobby in the lease of 49,260 square feet of retail space at 1964 W Morton Ave in Jacksonville, IL from Charles T Marx & Kathie J Marx, Trustees, represented by The Hohmann Agency.
2. Pace Properties represented G&I VIII Oak Park Quivira LLC in the lease renewal of 2,061 square feet of retail space at Oak Park Commons in Overland Park, KS to Weight Watchers.
3. Pace Properties represented Charles Schwab in the lease renewal of 1,458 square feet of retail space at Laboure Center in O’Fallon, MO from Laboure 4E, LLC, represented by Hutkin Development Company.
4. Pace Properties represented Chick-Fil-A in the ground lease of 3.472 acres of land at 2355 N Glenstone Ave in Springfield, MO from Naples C Store, LLC, represented by Thessing Commercial Realty.
