Pace Properties Adds Three Retail Brokers to the Team

Pace Properties announces the expansion of its retail leasing department. The department has expanded from 10 to 13 brokers, adding over 20 years of experience to the team.

John Shuff, Vice President-Brokerage, brings over 18 years of commercial real estate experience to the Pace Properties team. John holds a wide variety of experience in retail real estate, industrial, land, and investment transactions. At Pace, John will continue to focus on retail and will represent both tenants and landlords. John’s experience includes St. Louis market rollouts for national brands such as Chick-Fil-A and Total Access Urgent Care.

With three years of commercial real estate experience, Lauren Berry, Associate-Brokerage, has also joined the Pace Properties team. With a background in finance, Lauren has been involved many sales transactions and brings creative solutions to her clients based on operations objectives. Lauren will mainly focus on landlord leasing and investment sales transactions.

Ryan Geringer, Associate-Brokerage, has recently joined Pace Properties after a four-year career in sales. Ryan will be working closely with Pace veteran Rick Randall, Senior Vice President-Brokerage. Ryan’s focus will be on land brokerage and land development for large acreage transactions in the St. Louis metro area.
