With over 32 years in commercial real estate experience, Larry focuses on evaluation of new acquisition investments, capital market, and development opportunities as well as assisting with new business development and investment services.
He is currently involved in the successful conclusion of Pace Realty Fund II, a fund which acquired $35 million in value-add office opportunities in select US cities.
Larry holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Ohio Wesleyan University and a master’s degree in finance and taxation from Washington University in St. Louis. He is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri and a CCIM member.
Outside of the office, Larry enjoys traveling all over the world, cycling, listening to live music, and is an amateur photographer.
