Steve is responsible for providing tenant representation and consultation services for business owners and organizations.
He also provides market expertise and transaction analysis for his Avison Young clients. Steve manages the real estate portfolios of several St. Louis headquartered companies and has represented many companies on their build-to-suit projects and dispositions.
Steve has a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri.
During the summer months, Steve likes to relax in the Schmid family’s cottage in Macatawa. He also likes to travel to New Orleans and revisit his alma mater. Steve especially enjoys playing golf, catching a game, or just getting together with family and friends.
