Ashley joined Pace in early 2023 to specialize in landlord representation, tenant representation, and investment sales for third-party owners.
Prior to joining the company, Ashley gained valuable experience while both working as a consultant in Kansas City, MO and then interning in commercial real estate while living in Chicago, IL. Ashley earned a Master of Business Administration concentrating in real estate finance and investment from DePaul University, Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Missouri with an emphasis in marketing. Ashley is a member of the St. Louis Chapter of CREW and involved with The Little Bit Foundation's Young Friends group.
While in Chicago, Ashley was an active member of NAIOP-Chicago, ICSC, DePaul Real Estate Alumni Alliance, and REIA. She is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri and Illinois.
Outside the office, she enjoys a rousing game of today’s hottest sport pickle ball, traveling with friends and family, trying new restaurants, cooking, working out, skiing, hot yoga, and tennis.
