Property Manager
As a Property Manager on the Asset Management team, Elizabeth manages a commercial real estate portfolio, including retail, office, and industrial.
Elizabeth brings four years of experience to Pace Properties. She excels in monthly financial reporting, annual forecasting and budgeting, tenant build-outs, operational management, property analysis, and negotiations of contracts. Elizabeth will implement critical benchmarking tools to deliver results while maximizing value. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Columbia College and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri.
Proud mother to daughter Makenna, they are enjoying their new home, a new puppy named Jade, and they love shopping, getting their nails done, and playing outside.
