In her role as Senior Property Manager on the Asset Management team, Jeanne manages the operations of commercial real estate for a number of high-profile third party clients.
Jeanne joined the Pace team in 2021 with more than 13 years of experience in the real estate industry. She currently specializes in commercial retail center properties. Her daily responsibilities include operational management, tenant relations, vendor negotiations, project management, monthly financial reporting, annual budgeting, capital improvement projects, and site inspections.
Jeanne is an officer on the Board of Directors for the Institute of Real Estate Management St. Louis Chapter and currently serves as Membership Director.
Jeanne enjoys baking, crafting, and cheering on her son at his various sports activities with her husband in her spare time.
