Property Manager
In her role as Property Manager on the Legends Outlets Kansas City team, Jennifer oversees the operations of the super-regional shopping mall located in Kansas City, Kansas.
With more than 15 years of industry experience, Jennifer has spent the last decade managing Legends Outlets, including all of Village West in Kansas City, KS. Her extensive role includes overseeing the on-site maintenance team, which comprises various staff members, vendors, and consultants, to ensure the asset operates at the highest standards. Jennifer’s responsibilities span a wide range of duties, from strategic planning and daily management to long-term goal setting and execution.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas and is a member of The Building Owners and Managers Association of Metropolitan Kansas City (BOMA Kansas City) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
In her free time, she enjoys watching her two children play sports, working in the yard with her husband (and stealing the credit when complimented by neighbors), and engaging in projects that involve power tools, such as furniture refinishing.
