In her role as Vice President on the Asset Management team, Julie manages a large, high profile portfolio of commercial real estate for a number of third-party clients and Pace affiliated partnerships.
Julie joined the Pace team in 2020 and has over 22 years of experience in various leadership and property management roles in the real estate industry. Her diverse background enables Julie to provide her clients with expertise and guidance in all aspects of commercial property management. Julie partners with her clients on lease negotiations, legal review, property development, acquisitions/dispositions, and operational management. Committed to her community, Julie sits on the board of Lydia's House, which offers secure housing for women and children who are victims of domestic violence.
Julie enjoys spending time with her family outside the office, her French Bulldog 'Fella," experiencing live music, and traveling.
