As a Senior Maintenance Technician, Mike’s goal is to provide property managers, contractors and tenants with a clean and safe space to conduct their business.
Mike has been maintaining properties as part of the Pace team for more than 15 years and is a great teammate to our property managers. He is responsible for managing projects, handling property inspections and emergency services, and completing maintenance requests made by our retail, industrial, and office tenants. Mike is skilled in general electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, and carpentry.
Outside of Pace Properties you may find Mike strolling around at car shows. He also enjoys spending time at home with his wife, son, and their dogs.
