Scott Kolath, P.E., LEED AP

Director

As Director of Project Management, Scott excels in architectural design, engineering design, field engineering, and project management.

Scott has worked as an Owner's Representative, Construction manager, Project Engineer, Estimator, and Project Scheduler, and his background as a registered professional Engineer enables him to provide clients with an in-depth understanding of even the most technical aspects of construction projects. Scott has managed several large-scale projects, including the St. Louis County Library, Lambert International Airport, and Kansas City Station Casino. Scott stays involved with the construction industry on a broader scale as a member of the National Society for Professional Engineers (NSPE) and founding members of the Architectural Engineering Institute (AEI) of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

When Scott is not spending time with his wife and three children, he can be found on the water in his kayak, swinging away on the course, taking aim in the woods, or watching his favorite sports. Scott also considered brewing his own beer, but decided his passion was to remain a "tasting expert."
