Located in Collinsville, Illinois at the I-70 & I-255 Interchange, Eastport Tech Center is strategically located to meet the growing need for distribution space in the Metro East submarket. Upon completion, Eastport Tech Center will be a four-building development totaling 207,000 sq. ft. Recognizing the demand for light industrial space in the Collinsville submarket, the first three buildings were constructed on a speculative basis and achieved leasing success soon after completion. The final building has been fully-designed and entitled with ground-breaking anticipated in 2019.
