3. Pace Properties represented FedexOffice in the lease renewal of 3,303 square feet of retail space at 1662 Clarkson Road in Chesterfield, MO from Summit Real Estate Group.
4. Pace Properties represented GF Wellness in the lease of 3,250 square feet of retail space at 3737 South Grand Ave in St. Louis, MO from Arizona Auto Sales Inc.
5. Pace Properties represented GF Wellness in the lease of 2,934 square feet of retail space Charlestowne Plaza in St. Charles, MO from Scott Properties.
6. Pace Properties represented GF Wellness in the lease of 2,400 square feet of retail space at 6660 Manchester Ave in St. Louis, MO from Pentaco Management, Inc.
7. Pace Properties represented Quadrangle Management Company in the lease of 2,293 square feet of retail space at 6193-6197 Delmar Blvd in St. Louis, MO to Chicken Out, represented by Stephen F. Bahn Realty.
