2.       Pace Properties represented Goedeker’s in the lease of 5,7867 square feet of industrial space at 3817 Millstone Parkway in St. Charles, MO from Westgate 200, LLC, represented by Lee & Associates.

3.       Pace Properties represented BBK/Westport Industrial, LLC in the lease of 48,612 square feet of industrial space at 11418 – 11446 Moog Drive in Maryland Heights, MO to Brook & Whittle Limited, represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

4.       Pace Properties represented Systems Graphics, Inc. in the lease of 37,000 square feet of industrial space at 2337 Centerline Industrial Drive in Maryland Heights, MO from RHO, Inc., represented by Gershman Commercial Real Estate.

5.       Pace Properties represented 10630 Midwest Industrial, LLC in the purchase of a 32,320 square foot industrial building at 10630 Midwest Industrial in St. Louis, MO from JG & C, LLC.

6.       Pace Properties represented MDC Eastport, LLC in the lease renewal of 11,625 square feet of industrial space at 1607 Eastport Plaza Dr in Collinsville, IL to Johnson Controls, Inc, represented by CBRE.

7.       Pace Properties represented Metro Court, LLC in the lease renewal of 8,329 square feet of industrial space at 10855 – 10859 Metro Court in Maryland Heights, MO to Dive Bomb Industries, represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

8.       Pace Properties represented Delmar Financial Company in the lease of 6,063 square feet of office space at 9810 Manchester Rd in Rock Hill, MO from Alexander Ventures, LLC, also represented by Pace Properties.

9.       Pace Properties represented Quadrangle Management Company in the lease of 3,797 square feet of retail space at 7515 Forsyth Blvd in Clayton, MO to House of Wong, represented by Re/Max Select Commercial.

10.   Pace Properties represented Chipotle Mexican Grill in the lease of a 2,707 square foot building at Edwardsville Marketplace in Edwardsville, IL from RLP Development Company, Inc., represented by NAI Desco.

11.   Pace Properties represented Lila, Inc. in the sale of a 2,000 square foot retail building at Shoppes at Hawk Ridge in Lake St. Louis, MO to D7 Missouri, LLC.

12.   Pace Properties represented Hathaway Scott, LLC in the lease of 1,410 square feet of retail space at Laboure Centre in O’Fallon, MO to End Max Sports, Inc.
