3. Pace Properties represented MDC Congressional LLC in the lease of 8,960 square feet of industrial
space at 2055 Congressional Drive in Maryland Heights, MO to QuikTrip Corporation.

4. Pace Properties represented Select-Kings Highway, LLC in the lease of 7,813 square feet of retail
space at Kingshighway Shopping Center in St. Louis, MO to Relentless Fitness.

5. Pace Properties represented THF Chesterfield Four Development, L.L.C. in the lease of a 6,476
square foot retail building at 17392 Chesterfield Airport Road in Chesterfield, MO to Walnut Grill,

7. Pace Properties represented Panera in the lease of 4,380 square feet of retail space at 205 E Nifong
