5. Pace Properties represented Arnold Park Mall LLC in the lease renewal of 6,246 square feet of retail
space at Arnold Park Mall in Arnold, MO to Aaron’s.
6. Pace Properties represented the White Company in the lease of 6,046 square feet of office space at

7. Pace Properties represented CW Properties in the lease of 5,000 square feet of industrial space at
