2.       Pace Properties represented Five Below in the lease of 9,244 square feet of retail space at 10895 West Florissant Ave in Ferguson, MO from AVE Ferguson, LLC, represented by Sansone Group.

3.       Pace Properties represented Blooming Buckets in the purchase of a 6,000 square foot mixed-use building at 9840 Manchester Rd in Rock Hill, MO from 9840 Manchester Rd LLC.

4.       Pace Properties represented Affton Plaza JV LLC in the lease of 5,639 square feet of retail space at Affton Plaza in St. Louis, MO to Infotrain, Inc., represented by NAI Desco.

5.       Pace Properties represented The Boulevard Hair Co Luxe, LLC in the lease of 4,993 square feet of retail space at 4565 Chestnut Park Plaza in St. Louis, MO from Chestnut Park Plaza LLC, also represented by Pace Properties.

6.       Pace Properties represented TAUC Properties, LLC in the purchase of a 4,416 square foot retail building at 13426 Olive Boulevard in Chesterfield, MO from SLW Real Estate LLC.

7.       Pace Properties represented Calava Enterprises, LLC in the lease of 4,400 square feet of industrial space at 516-536 Trade Center Blvd in Chesterfield, MO to Option Care Enterprises, Inc., represented by JLL.

8.       Pace Properties represented Schneithorst Development Company, L.C. in the lease of 3,826 square feet of retail space at The Village at Schneithorst’s in Ladue, MO to Commerce Bank.

9.       Pace Properties represented Judevine Center for Autism in the purchase of a 3,219 square foot industrial building at 7105 Metropolitan Blvd in Barnhart, MO from Lindbergh 4700, LLC.

10.   Pace Properties represented Krombach 10770 Indian Head, LLC in the lease of 2,800 square feet of industrial space at 10746-10772 Indian Head Industrial Blvd in St. Louis, MO to Keiser Productions Inc.

11.   Pace Properties represented Birner, St Louis, LLC in the lease of 2,773 square feet of office space at 9358 Dielman Industrial Dr in Olivette, MO to Renewal by Anderson, represented by SVN Commercial.

12.   Pace Properties represented Krombach 10770 Indian Head, LLC in the lease of 2,736 square feet of industrial space at 10746-10772 Indian Head Industrial Blvd in St. Louis, MO to Hope Hospice, Inc.
