As a Market Research Analyst for the brokerage team, Austin Stevenson plays a key role in developing the firm’s internal market intelligence platform. He focuses on providing clean, accurate, and actionable data across the office, industrial, and retail sectors, helping brokers and clients better understand market trends and make informed decisions.
Austin graduated from the University of Missouri–St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Computing Technology and a minor in Information Systems. A former five-year NCAA swimmer, All-American, and team record holder, he brings discipline, focus, and a competitive drive to every project. His background includes experience in data analytics and digital transformation through roles with Forward Air and R.L.O., Inc. (Great Clips), where he developed reporting tools, automated processes, and supported technology-driven operational improvements.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on walks, and playing pickleball. He and his wife, Cassie, have one daughter.
