Vice President
As Vice President on the Property Management team, Chris manages a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate and supports new business development for Pace.
Chris brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and property management, with a background spanning office, retail, medical, and industrial properties. He oversees day-to-day operations, maintains tenant relationships, and ensures properties are managed efficiently and effectively.
A St. Louis native, Chris attended Chaminade College Preparatory School before attending Purdue University, where he studied business and competed on the Men’s Tennis team.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, including his spouse, Erica, and their son, Flynn, who stays active in soccer and baseball. He also enjoys traveling, especially trips to Disney World and Universal Studios, and spending time with the family’s three dogs, Harley, Daisy, and Teddy.
