Maintenance Technician
As a member of our Asset Management team, Dennis provides dependable service as a Maintenance Technician.
With over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential facilities maintenance, Dennis supports retail, industrial, and office properties by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and general property upkeep to ensure each property operates safely and efficiently. Dennis is experienced in maintaining well-functioning facilities and takes pride in delivering a positive experience for both tenants and property owners.
Outside of work, Dennis is a proud parent of three children and a grandparent to six grandchildren. He enjoys attending concerts and supporting local music to stay connected to the community and unwind.
