Maintenance Technician
As a member of our Asset Management team, Drew provides excellent service to our clients in his role as a Maintenance Technician
He is responsible for completing maintenance requests across our portfolio of retail, industrial, and office properties, helping to ensure that tenants in Pace-managed buildings experience safe, functional, and well-maintained spaces.
Drew brings a well-rounded skill set to the team, with proficiency in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. His hands-on expertise allows him to efficiently diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support the overall upkeep of our properties.
With his versatile technical abilities and commitment to quality service, Drew plays an important role in supporting our team’s dedication to responsive maintenance and exceptional ownership satisfaction.
In his free time, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He loves traveling, working on his truck, grilling, and on most nice days, you can find him working in the yard! Drew is a St. Louis Blues fanatic and rarely misses a game. LGB!
