In her role as Senior Property Manager on the Asset Management team, Jeanne manages the operations of commercial real estate for a number of high-profile third party clients.
Jeanne joined the Pace team in 2021 and has more than 16 years of experience in the real estate industry. She currently specializes in commercial retail center properties. Her daily responsibilities include operational management, tenant relations, vendor negotiations, project management, monthly financial reporting, annual budgeting, capital improvement projects, and site inspections.
Jeanne is the current Vice President of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) St. Louis Chapter. She also serves as Membership Director and co-chair of the IREM Special Event Charity Golf Classic, demonstrating her commitment to advancing the commercial real estate industry and supporting the local professional community.
Jeanne is passionate about her newest hobby of beekeeping and has proudly only been stung twice! She also enjoys baking, crafting, and cheering on her son at his various sports activities with her husband in her spare time.
