In her role as Senior Vice President on the Asset Management team, Julie manages a large, high profile portfolio of commercial real estate for a number of third-party clients and Pace affiliated partnerships.
Julie joined the Pace team in 2020, bringing with her 26 years of leadership and property management experience across multiple sectors of the real estate industry. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, she also serves on the Pace Properties Board, helping guide the strategic direction and continued success of the company. With her diverse background, Julie offers clients extensive expertise across all facets of commercial property management, including lease negotiations, legal matters, property development, acquisitions and dispositions, and operational oversight. Her comprehensive approach ensures clients receive exceptional support at every stage of the real estate lifecycle.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Julie's dedication extends to community involvement. She proudly serves on the board of Lydia's House, an organization dedicated to providing safe housing and support services for women and children affected by domestic violence. Her commitment to both leadership and service reflects a passion for making a positive impact within the real estate industry and throughout the community.
Outside the office, Julie loves spending time with her husband Rich and their two French Bulldogs Fella and Gus. Together they enjoy experiencing live music and traveling.
