Maintenance Technician
Kevin joins our Asset Management team as a Maintenance Technician, where he plays a key role in delivering responsive, high-quality service to our clients. In this role, he completes maintenance requests across our portfolio of retail, industrial, and office properties, ensuring that tenants in Pace-managed buildings experience reliable, well-maintained spaces.
Kevin brings 14 years of calibration experience, with a strong background in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and maintaining equipment quality across a variety of industries.
With his hands-on expertise and customer-focused approach, Kevin is a valuable addition to the team, supporting our commitment to exceptional property management and tenant satisfaction.
Kevin is a husband and father of two who enjoys life outside of work just as much as in it. He loves to travel, follow sports, and dive into different hobbies, especially those that bring a little excitement and competition. Most of his best moments are spent with his family.
