Retail Intern - Brokerage
As an intern with the Retail Brokerage team, Mason assists with property analysis and supports brokers throughout the leasing and transaction processes.
Mason is currently pursuing both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration and Finance at Park University, where he is part of the Class of 2028. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri and Kansas, having earned his Missouri license at just 18 years old while still in high school. Before joining Pace Properties, Mason gained experience in residential real estate, building a solid foundation in client service and transactions.
Mason also expanded his industry knowledge through the ICSC Foundation Mentorship Program, where he teamed up with a mentor on a mock retail investment project involving the acquisition of a medical supplies property. This experience gave him exposure to the investment process and helped him build connections with industry professionals.
Outside of the office, Mason enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, and staying active through swimming, running, and working out. Originally from Franklin, Tennessee, he is a devoted Tennessee Titans fan and likes exploring new places and opportunities.
