Retail Intern - Brokerage
As an Intern with the Retail Brokerage team, Mason contributes to market research, property analysis, and the preparation of client deliverables, supporting brokers throughout the leasing and transaction process.
Mason is pursuing both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration and Finance at Park University, where he is part of the Class of 2028. Prior to joining Pace Properties, Mason gained experience in residential real estate, building a strong foundation in client service and transactions.
Mason has also expanded his industry knowledge through the ICSC Foundation Mentorship Program, where he collaborated with a mentor on a mock retail investment project to acquire a medical supplies property. Through this experience, he gained exposure to the investment process and built connections with industry professionals.
Outside the office, Mason enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, and staying active through swimming, running, and working out. Originally from Franklin, Tennessee, he is a dedicated Tennessee Titans fan and enjoys exploring new places and opportunities.
