Director - Transactions
Sue Hronek is the Director of Transactions for the Omaha team, overseeing deal execution and supporting representation for retail tenants and landlords across the Midwest.
With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Sue brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to managing complex transactions from start to finish.
Throughout her career, Sue has worked with organizations including Union Pacific and a national commercial real estate firm, managing multi-state property sales across more than 20 states. She has also provided national representation for Mutual of Omaha, demonstrating her ability to operate at scale while maintaining a high level of service and client focus.
Sue has a strong interest in streamlining transaction processes, coordinating across teams, and ensuring seamless execution at every stage of the deal.
Outside the office, Sue is a proud Creighton University alum and devoted Bluejays fan who enjoys following the team and supporting the university’s athletic programs.
