As a Senior Property Manager on the Asset Management team, Trisha manages the day-to-day operation of over one million square feet of retail, industrial, and office space.
Her daily responsibilities include operational management, monthly financial reporting, annual budgeting, tenant build-outs, capital improvement projects and regular site visits.
Trisha joined the Pace team in 2017 and has more than 20 years of experience in property management. She is currently working on her CPM designation through IREM St. Louis.
In her free time, Trisha enjoys spending time at her son’s sporting & scouting events and relaxing at the lake with her family.
