We want to take a moment to recognize someone incredibly special to our Pace family. She’s a machine, a beast, and a wealth of knowledge. She’s dedicated and a genius. We call her the secret CEO. She’s the glue that holds the brokerage team together and much more. She’s our 2023 Richard M. Randall Award, and her name is Marci Goodrich. This award is given to the Pace employee-owner who best represents and exemplifies the values of Pace Properties. We couldn’t think of anyone better than to receive this honor.
