2. Pace Properties represented Pace Research Blvd, LLC in the purchase of a 46,722 square foot
industrial building at 1200 Research Blvd in Creve Coeur, MO from JBK Properties, represented by
CBRE.

3. Pace Properties represented Burgundy Arrow, LLC in the sale of 39,619 square feet of retail space at
Chesterfield Valley Square in Chesterfield, MO to TSG Persimmon Pointe, LLC.

4. Pace Properties and Barber Murphy represented Lanter Business Park, LLC in the sale of 12,342
square feet of office space at 97-107 Lanter Ct in Collinsville, IL to Cowlen Properties, LLC.

5. Pace Properties represented JBR Realty Company in the sale of an 8,892 square foot retail building
at 14649 Manchester Rd in Ballwin, MO to Floss Real Estate, LLC, represented by L3 Corporation.
