1. Pace Properties represented Valley Cartage in the lease of 18,958 square feet of industrial space at 9800 Pflumm Rd in Lenexa, KS from TCD 229 KC Logistics Property, LLC, represented by JLL Kansas City.
2. Pace properties represented THF-S High Ridge Development LLC in the lease of 5,500 square feet of retail space at High Ridge Commons in High Ridge, MO to Mercy Hospital South.
3. Pace Properties represented Great Clips in the lease renewal of 1,780 square feet of retail space at Southern Border Miniplex in Jerseyville, IL from DeSherlia Enterprises, LLC.
4. Pace Properties represented Superior Heating & Cooling Co. in the lease of 1,170 square feet of retail space at Spirit Plaza in Chesterfield, MO from Spirit Plaza Airport Road LLC, represented by Montgomery Properties.
