4.       Pace Properties represented Best Buy in the lease renewal of 30,000 square feet of retail space at 2441 North Maize Road in Wichita, KS from Socora Village Company.

5.       Pace Properties represented Office Max in the lease renewal of 23,490 square feet of retail space at 941 Valley Creek Drive in Farmington, MO from O.Max LLC.

6.       Pace Properties represented HomeGoods in the lease of 20,491 square feet of space at Wentzville Crossroads Marketplace (West) in Wentzville, MO from THF Wentzville Two Development, LLC, represented by Wm. Boudoures Co.

7.       Pace Properties represented Page-Innerbelt Properties in the lease renewal of 10,000 square feet of retail space at 9033 Page Avenue in Overland, MO to Advance Auto Parts.

8.       Pace Properties represented GW Properties Group, LLC in the lease of 6,852 square feet of retail space at 1242 South Kirkwood Road in Kirkwood, MO to Storming Crab, represented by CBRE.
