  2. Pace Properties represented Carter’s in the lease of 5,006 square feet of retail space at Wanamaker Hills in Topeka, KS from EIG Wanamaker, LLC, represented by Hard Corner, LLC.
  3. Pace Properties represented Panera in the lease of 2,615 square feet of retail space at 4015 Highway K in O’Fallon, MO from Baldridge-O'Fallon, LLC, represented by Baldridge Properties.
  4. Pace Properties represented Paddock Forest LLC in the lease of 2,400 square feet of retail space at Paddock Forest Shopping Center in Florissant, MO to Durand McNutt.
  5. Pace Properties represented Imperial Grove LLC in the lease of 1,798 square feet of retail space at Imperial Grove in Imperial, MO to Elite Collectibles, LLC.
  6. Pace Properties represented Quadrangle Management Company in the lease of 1,783 square feet of retail space at 6148-6150 Delmar Boulevard in University City, MO to Goodcents, represented by RE/MAX Results Commercial.
  7. Pace Properties represented Great Clips in the lease of 1,551 square feet of retail space at 1736 E Jackson in Macomb, IL from Macomb Center LLC, represented by McKelvey Properties.
  8. Pace Properties represented Sam’s Real Estate Business Trust in the sale of 18.74 acres of land at 9100 Ambassador Blvd in Kansas City, MO to Longhorn Opportunity Fund I, LP.
