  1. Pace Properties represented Best Buy in the lease renewal of 45,000 square feet of retail space at The Meridian at Brentwood in Brentwood, MO from Eager Road Associates West, L.L.C., represented by DCM Group.
  2. Pace Properties represented Keras Childrens Family, LP in the purchase of a 12,414 square foot retail building at 9960 Watson Rd. in Crestwood, MO from VEREIT Real Estate, LP, also represented by Pace Properties.
  3. Pace Properties represented Ulta Beauty in the lease of 10,080 square feet of retail space at Bluhawk in Overland Park, KS from Bluhawk Land LLC, represented by Open Realty Advisors.
  4. Pace Properties represented Realty Income Properties 17, LLC in the sale of an 8,338 square foot retail building at 101 South Broadway in Goreville, IL to Greg Lingle.
  5. Pace Properties represented Union Silo, LLC in the lease of 4,737 square feet of retail space at Union Silo Plaza in Union, MO to GoHealth Urgent Care, represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
  6. Pace Properties represented Woodcock Investments, LLC in the lease of 3,000 square feet of retail space at 1400 Washington Square in Washington, MO to Smokin’ Oak.
  7. Pace Properties represented Cornerstone-Lakeside, LLC in the lease of 2,640 square feet of retail space at Lakeside Shoppes in O’Fallon, MO to American Pacific Mortgage Corporation, represented by Newmark Grubb Zimmer.
  8. Pace Properties represented Fedex Office in the lease of 2,100 square feet of retail space at Bel Aire Plaza in Joplin, MO from Majzoub Family, LP, represented by Mellinger Commercial.
