- Pace Properties represented Chipotle in the lease of 2,323 square feet at 2804 Joseph Cannon Way in Marion, IL from Eagle River Capital II, LLC.
- Pace Properties represented SLT Demolition and Excavating LLC in the lease of 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 192 Hughes Ln in St Charles, MO from CYGNOVA LLC, represented by One West Associates, Inc.
- Pace Properties represented THF Maplewood Shops Development, LLC in the lease of 1,350 square feet of retail space at Maplewood Commons in Maplewood, MO to SportClips, represented by Location CRE.
- Pace Properties represented Great Clips in the lease renewal of 1,000 square feet of retail space at Lincoln Crossing in O’Fallon, IL from TNG La Quinta, LP, Niki Holdings, LP, TNG Happy Valley, LLC, Williamsburg Village, LLC, TNG Lincoln, LLC.
- Pace Properties represented Wentzway Corporation on the sale of 24.41 acres of land at Bryan Crossing in O’Fallon, MO to Andy Patel.
