4. Pace Properties represented MDC Eastport, LLC in the lease renewal of 9,200 square feet of industrial space at 1605 Eastport Plaza Drive in Collinsville, IL to Day & Night Solar.
5. Pace Properties represented First Watch in the lease of 4,550 square feet of retail space at 1201 Grindstone Parkway in Columbia, MO from THF Grindstone Plaza Development, LLC, represented by Maly Commercial Realty.
