2.       Pace Properties represented Four Store Partners, LLC in the sale of a 37,835 square foot retail building at 14885 Clayton Road in Chesterfield, MO to Chesterfield Presbyterian Church.

3.       Pace Properties represented American Freight, LLC in the lease of 31,936 square feet of retail space at 1434 E Independence St in Springfield, MO from Donna Rainwater Reece, Larry J. Rainwater, and R. Bryan Whitmire and Karla J. Whitmire.

4.       Pace Properties represented American Freight, LLC in the lease of 26,250 square feet of retail space at 6721 US Highway 54 in Osage Beach, MO from the Donna M Rainwater Reece Revocable Trust and Larry J. Rainwater.

5.       Pace Properties represented National Retail Properties, LP in the sale of an 19.54-acre specialty property at 8333 W 21st St N in Wichita, KS to AISAK Corporation, represented by Bachrodt Company.

6.       Pace Properties represented Dart Associates of Kingshighway, LLC in the lease of 17,992 square feet of retail space at 3600 S Kingshighway in St Louis, MO to Caliber Collision, represented by Wm. Boudoures Co.

7.       Pace Properties represented The Kuenzel Building LLC in the lease of 9,267 square feet of retail space at 211 West St Louis St in Pacific, MO to United States Postal Service, represented by JLL.

8.       Pace Properties represented Select-Gravois Plaza, LLC in the lease of 8,950 square feet of retail space at Gravois Plaza in St Louis, MO to Oak Street Health, represented by Location Commercial Real Estate.

9.       Pace Properties represented Affton Plaza JV, LLC in the lease of 6,300 square feet of retail space at Affton Plaza in St Louis, MO to Barrel Blends Wine & Spirits.

10.   Pace Properties represented MDC Congressional in the lease renewal of 5,696 square feet of industrial space at 2053-2079 Congressional Dr in Maryland Heights, MO to Total Filtration Services.

11.   Pace Properties represented Hathaway Scott, LLC in the lease of 3,961 square feet of retail space at Laboure Center in O’Fallon, MO to Wag ‘n Wash, represented by Hilliker Corp.

12.   Pace Properties represented THF Chesterfield Development, LLC in the lease of 3,600 square feet of retail space at Chesterfield Commons in Chesterfield, MO to LensCrafters.

13.   Pace Properties represented Hardee’s Restaurants LLC in the sale of a 2,700 square foot retail building at 1201 N Market St in Sparta, IL to Stephen Edwards.

15.   Pace Properties represented Mathes Family Limited Partnership in the sale of a 2,252 square foot retail building at 12895 New Halls Ferry Rd in Florissant, MO to Parker IMG Real Estate, LLC.
