  3. Pace Properties represented MSWCP CLAYTON, LLC in the sale of a 6,800 square foot retail building at 10855 Manchester Rd. in Kirkwood, MO to Savoy Investments LLC, represented by Savoy Properties.
  4. Pace properties represented THF Chesterfield Two Development, L.L.C. in the lease of 5,500 square feet of retail space at Chesterfield Commons East in Chesterfield, MO to Maurice’s, represented by Jeff Eisenberg & Associates.
  5. Pace Properties represented THF Chesterfield North Development, L.L.C. in the lease of 4,182 square feet of retail space at Boone’s Crossing in Chesterfield, MO to DM Salon, LLC, represented by Location Commercial Real Estate.
  6. Pace Properties represented THF Chesterfield Eight Development, L.L.C. in the lease of 4,058 square feet of retail space at Chesterfield Commons East to Consumer Cellular, Incorporated, represented by CBRE.
  7. Pace Properties represented THF Arnold Triangle Development, L.L.C. in the lease of 4,000 square feet of retail space at Arnold Commons in Arnold, MO to St. Luke's Episcopal-Presbyterian Hospitals, represented by Commercial Property LLC.
  8. Pace Properties represented Urgent Vet in the lease of a 3,289 square foot retail building at Shoppes at Corbin Park in Overland Park, KS from CH Retail Fund I/Kansas City Corbin Park South LLC, represented by Crossroads Real Estate Group.
  9. Pace Properties represented Rush Bowls in the lease of 1,427 square feet of retail space at Clarkson Clayton Shopping Center in Ellisville, MO from Clarkson/Clayton Plaza, L.L.C., represented by Otis & Clark Properties.
  10. Pace Properties represented Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids in the lease of 1,022 square feet of retail space at Chesterfield Commons East from THF Chesterfield Eight Development, L.L.C., also represented by Pace Properties.
  11. Pace Properties represented Cinnabar Corporation Inc. in the purchase of a 1,171 square foot retail building at 1600 E 23rd St in Lawrence, KS from U.S. Bank National Association.
