2. Pace Properties represented AT&T in the lease of 2,640 square feet of retail space at 3069 William St in Cape Girardeau from RAD Investments, Inc.
3. Pace Properties represented Clean Eatz in the lease of 2,600 square feet of retail space at Green Mount Commons in Belleville, IL from THF Green Mount Development, LLC, represented by Location Commercial Real Estate.
4. Pace Properties represented Wornall 89, LLC in the lease of 2,340 square feet of retail space at 8940 Wornall Rd in Kansas City, MO to Pinsa Kitchen & Catering LLC, represented by Crossroads Real Estate Group.
5. Pace Properties represented Quadrangle Management Company in the lease of 2,213 square feet of retail space at 6170 Delmar Blvd in St. Louis, MO to Kingside Express.
6. Pace Properties represented Plaza DePaul LLC in the lease of 1,600 square feet of retail space at The Plaza at DePaul in Bridgeton, MO to Pizza Hut, represented by Wittenauer Properties.
7. Pace Properties represented Plaza DePaul LLC in the lease of 1,600 square feet of retail space at The Plaza at DePaul in Bridgeton, MO to Ace Learning Center, Inc., represented by Sperry CGA Chicago.
8. Pace Properties represented B-Kenrick Plaza, LLC in the lease of 1,500 square feet of retail space at Kenrick Plaza in St. Louis, MO to Goodcents, represented by Blue Star Commercial Real Estate.
