- Pace Properties represented Chesterfield Crossing Partners, LLC in the lease of 2,358 square feet of retail space at Chesterfield Crossing in Chesterfield, MO to The Foyer, LLC.
- Pace Properties represented Cornerstone-Lakeside, LLC in the lease of 1,738 square feet of retail space at Lakeside Shoppes in O’Fallon, MO to Ultra Wellness Medical, LLC, also represented by Pace Properties.
- Pace Properties represented Panda Express in the purchase of 1.09 acres of land at Monticello Plaza in O’Fallon, MO from Monticello Plaza II, LLC, represented by Location Commercial Real Estate.
- Pace Properties represented Walmart Real Estate Business Trust in the sale of 0.67 acres of land at 1500 1st St in Kennett, MO to Wen Tennessee LLC.
- Pace Properties represented SR Development LLC in the sale of 0.83 acres of land at South Ridge Shoppes in Lake St. Louis, MO to M&M Lake St Louis LLC, also represented by Pace Properties.
